Work will begin on, or shortly after Monday 7 September 2015 to overlay the existing footway both sides for the whole length of Rectory Lane. The work is expected to take approximately 8 weeks to complete.
There will be a road closure on Rectory Lane at the Junction with B1332/210 for 5 days. Temporary lights will be used for further 7 weeks to control traffic during lane closures.
A local signed diversion route will be put in place during the closure and vehicular access to properties will be maintained during the works and disruption will be kept to a minimum. Emergency services and bus operators will be informed of the closure. The County Council apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.
The work which will cost £32,100 will be carried out by Norfolk County Council’s Community and Environmental Services Department and their contractors.
